We want you to enjoy the MPD experience so we have compiled a comprehensive help facility. This includes the following areas:

We are working hard to ensure that the Product Training and FAQ sections are constantly updated with your feedback. To this end we encourage you to browse through these section to find answers to similar queries to yours - this will save you time if the question or issue has already been raised.

We have included a specific Suggestions Box for you to send us your suggestions and ideas - we value each one as this feedback is used to steer the whole MoneyPlan development project.

For Product Issues there is a Online Ticketing system. This will enable you to submit and monitor progress on your queries. Please remember that MoneyPlan has been developed and is run by real householders on a charitable basis - we always endeavour to respond within 48 hours where the issues means that you are unable to use your program. Other issues will be reviewed and responded to within a week where possible.
